Our Association is deliberately designed to be inclusive, membership not only being open to those retiring from LU, along with their partners, but to anyone who worked at LU and would like to keep in touch with others. Our current membership is listed by name and former department. Membership is $10 annually, or $30 for three years, with equal status of membership for retirees, spouses and partners. Annual membership is from Sept 1st to Aug 31st. You are encouraged to support the association by joining us, even if you live far from Northwestern Ontario.
Members with LU Pensions can authorize LU to automatically deduct $10 each August from their Pension cheque, saving the annual bother of submitting dues. To authorize this please use the LU Retirees Authorization Form, linked below. There is no additional cost for this service.

For those wishing to submit dues annually or every three years, please complete the RALU Membership Form, linked below, and return with a money order or cheque, made out to the Retirees Association of Lakehead University, to RALU, 220 Summit Ave., Thunder Bay, ON P7B 3P6. RALU is a member of CURAC (College and University Retiree Associations of Canada) and as of the CURAC 2018 AGM, all members of RALU are Individual Ordinary Members of CURAC and fully eligible for discount services from CURAC Affinity Partners (see https://www.curac.ca ).
